What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our goal is to earn your business not once but many times over the years. Once you become a client of ours, we want to be your "sprinkler guy" forever! For that reason along with our strong business ethics, we want to give you fair and competitive prices that make you happy and not think that we are EVER trying to overcharge you. Being family owned and operated, we get to offer very competitive prices to earn your business. Our prices reflect our small business values of offering an outstanding service with a personal touch while still being able to beat the competition. We give honest prices and free estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

So when you first contact us, we will try to get more information about what is going on with your system. If we can get a grasp for exactly what you need, we can possibly provide a free estimate right over the phone. Otherwise, we will schedule a convenient time for us to stop by and give you a free estimate in person and go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10+ years of experience. Ask us about what is new to the industry and we only like to use the best products available through our exclusive irrigation distributors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked as a Field Manager for my families sprinkler business of over 30 years located in Sarasota,FL before moving to this coast back in 2014 and starting my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently put a system in for a local elementary school. It was a big property and quite the project. Pretty cool taking on a job like that and seeing the smile on their face when they saw the end result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone that is going to get the job done right the 1st time whether you decide that provider is us or another company. And if there is a mistake or something overlooked, make sure the company you hire isn't going to fall off the face of the earth and never get back to you with the unfinished job. We will ALWAYS fix something if it was missed by us on initial job and have no problem coming back.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you aren't sure of exactly what you need, that is totally fine. It's our job to come out, give you a free estimate, and teach you about your system so that you can better understand it.
