What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is by the square foot and includes everything for the turf installtion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It all starts with a free consultation on the phone. To move forward an appointment is set to meet at the project site. Dimensions are taken, area is inspected for additional needs then the installation process and products are reviewed. The proposal is prepared and presented for approval.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 10 years of industry training, consulting and installing artificial turf grass throughout the country.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A good friend referred me to a turf company. I have over 20 years of sales, operations, marketing experience.

Residential, Commercial, Government at all levels

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A client remodeling their back yard pool and landscaping. The artificial turf grass looked beautiful contrasting the new pool finish and around the palm tress. 5 Days to complete the installation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company has positive Google Reviews. Ensure the company is well represented on-line including their website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc... Also be clear on the the Proposal details as well as the installation process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your vision? What do you want to accomplish? What other projects may need to be completed first before the artificial turf grass may be installed? When do you want it completed by? What is your budget?
