We will work with you to give you reasonable rates and make you save money on your next roofing project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy business and have their best interests in mind at all times

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been working for big roofing companies in the area for years. I then decided to make my own roofing business. I love what I do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers from absolutely friendly customers that will let us use their bathroom. We understand that all customers have different personalities; therefore we must know how to identify each customer and adapt accordingly to ensure a smooth interaction. Usually we try to stay calm and professional no matter what situation. At the end of the day what’s more important is to do an outstanding job and have a happy customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell them to look to establish a positive relationship with whoever it is you will hire. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with a contractor that you can't ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out and build a friendship throughout the process. Get different estimates and know the signs of a scam.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is important to know that the contractors you are working with are local and established. Definitely ask if they are insured and licensed and carry at least the minimum liability. Ultimately get a feel for their personality because ultimately you need to feel a certain sense of comfortability and trust.
