What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up an initial appointment with the homeowner. When our specialist arrive, we conduct a thorough inspection for the needs of the project. We then provide a detailed estimate of the scope of work. Our company offers various options. Roofing Solution also offers financing to fit every budget. Our turnaround for completion of projects is two weeks if not sooner.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have recently completed a metal roofing project for a wedding venue named, Wilson's Bittersweet Barn in New Oxford, PA. It was a challenge due to building's being over the age of 100 years old. The project took us 4 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We recommend to always receive three estimates and do your research on each company (reviews, social media, google) before making a final decision.

Ask the company for a referral base to better your knowledge before hiring. The appearance of the company upon arriving to the initial appointment. Do a good bit of research on the scope of work you are looking to have done to become familiar with the knowledge of the project.
