What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We pride ourselves in providing upfront honest pricing with material options to fit every budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our ideal process would be to meet with a new customer at the site of the job and go over the expectations the customer would have of services and materials to be used as well as pricing. We would then offer suggestions and or recommendations to match the customers needs to our different product offerings.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We attend multiple manufacturer and industry trainings and are always learning to stay up to date on the newest innovations. We also take safety seriously and have attended OSHA trainings.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As the owner of FenceFox I grew up in an agricultural background and started working with my family on construction projects around our farm as well as helping neighbors. I was a member of our FFA chapter as well as 4H. After graduating high school I went to work in the construction industry learning more about Framing, roofing, gutters and more general construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners, businesses, HOAs and General Contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a removal of an old split rail fence where we then connected two old fence lines to change a backyard to create a more open beautiful space. The project took one and a half days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you ask for reviews and references as well as verify that your contractor is licensed and insured. I recommend working with a contractor you trust if you don’t feel comfortable with your contractor there is likely a reason.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I always recommend knowing what style of product you want to use or ask us for some recommendations to meet your needs.
