East Coast Roofing Systems is a roof, gutter, skylight, window replacement company based out of King of Prussia, PA. We have a second location in Emmaus, PA. Founded by a local long-time member of the roofing industry and a Landscape Architect, combined we have over a decade of experience in both the professional world and roofing industries. East Coast Roofing Systems was founded out of the notion that obtaining contracting services (in our case roofing/gutter/skylight/window), should be as streamlined and customer service friendly as shopping at the mall, attending a doctor's appointment, or booking a stay at a hotel. Above all, we are a team of honest down to earth people that are passionate about excellence, always learning from our mistakes and striving to do better in every respect.

At East Coast Roofing Systems, we feel that pricing is relative to value provided. Roof replacement costs vary due to size, materials used, and access. Pricing is determined based on the value of the scope of services/experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- Contact (you reach out to us and arrange a free consultation with one of our technicians) - Meeting (one of our technicians will arrive, conduct a roof inspection, and discuss details regarding replacement) - Timing (we work with your schedule to arrange a convenient time for replacement) - Installation (on replacement day one of our dedicated project managers will stay the day at your home) - Review (we will continue to follow up over the coming days and weeks to make sure you are happy with our work)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Education, quality of work, overall communication and professionalism should be focus points when making a decision as to the installer chosen.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Not every estimate provided by a roofing professional is the same. It is important for the customer to evaluate materials being used, timeframe of installation, workmanship, credentials/insurances, and overall customer experience.
