What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask a few questions about the project and determine the materials needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up on a farm having to build, fix or repair items on a daily basis is normal. I served in the army and learned a lot about working with hand tools. Worked in the home building and supplies industry for 10 years so I have a lot of hands on experience and knowledge about home repair and tools.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always wanted to start my own business and working with my hands is something I have always been good at so I started Ellis Handyman Services. I am continuing to learn and grow with each customer I work with.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was installing bifold doors and vertical blinds. It took about 3 hours to remove all the old items and install the new ones. Turned out great and customer was very happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, ask all questions you have.

Is it an easy or difficult project? What price can they afford for the services?
