What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First and foremost, we meet with our clients at the property to discuss their needs and desires. We factor in short and long term goals to develop a priority list and overall strategy for their home improvement. Directed by a budget and a target scope of work, we deliver only the highest quality of materials available in order to complete the project. Our sales team maintains continual contact with the homeowner throughout the entire home improvement process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are factory certified with all manufacturers that we use. We are also VSI certified and licensed, bonded and insured in the state of North Carolina.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I founded this company in 2004 based on my passion for solving problems and my genuine desire to serve and help people. As President of MND Construction, I am in charge of business development, sales and quality control. Im also involved in every project from the first call until completion and inspection of the work performed. Using my background in roofing system design and home building, I combine my eye for design with my mind for construction. I recognize that the roofing industry lacks certain regulations and controlled standards, leaving a tainted reputation in the minds of consumers. Most roofers have access to the same materials. However, it is our skill and talent in designing and constructing a roof system that sets us apart. At MND Construction, we bring an entirely new level of knowledge and expertise to each job!
