What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Technical degree from a trade school in electronics that helps me understand the circuitry of the machines.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this work when a few years back my washer went out, I did have a warranty in place but they took about a month to fix my washer, that sparked an interest and I did some training for appliance repair.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’m super happy I was able to help Ruby with her refrigerator repair, her refrigerator was not cooling, I immediately assessed the issue and pinpointed to the evaporator fan motor. I placed the order for the part and the next day replaced it and now her refrigerator is working really good. Thanks Ruby for trusting me with your appliance repair.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are a verified company/ person either thru the app or internet.
