Introduction

Hello I'm a plumbing contractor and ex us navy seabee just looking to continue to provide a service to my community. I have over 30 years of plumbing experience and knowledge. We have a plumbing business that my family started in 2003 in Southern California. I have to apparently state that I'm not licensed in the state of Arizona, Although we've been in good standing in California for over 20 years and counting... Also I actually enjoy what I do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I always attempt to be as fair as possible and within reason.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to see what the actual need is plumbing wise in order to give proper guidance and support.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Former us navy seabee and desert storm vet responsible for the hospital maintenance on the Persian gulf. Also worked for my father and uncles business in California since age 10.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family started a plumbing business in California and I went to work quite often from a young age.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I would to assume that I've worked with pretty much every type of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed a total remodel of a rv trailer park which was originally built in the 1950s last year in San Diego which took 5 months. All waste and water throughout the entire park. A total of 94 spaces. We very proud of that project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just due your due diligence because not every pro fits the customer and vise versa.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you ready to get going or when are you ready to get the job done.. It's imperative that the customer know that when you contact thumbtack pro, that guy is beyond ready to go and take care of whatever you need.
