What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

pricing varies from job to job. this is why I offer free estimates and honest pricing to everyone!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make the estimates as informal as possible and try not to stretch them out too long for the customers sake. but I am there for your questions as long as you need!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10+ years experience in brush/weed removal and bush trimming.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a boots on the ground worker for a larger brush removal company. I put in many hard and physically demanding hours before I rose to the top of the company!

What types of customers have you worked with?

small family home owners, real estate agents, retired couples, property management businesses, HOAs. you name it, I've seen it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked for an older couple whose yard had gotten out of control and were worried about their dog getting hurt by snakes or other things in the jungle that had formed. I was in and out in a day and the customers said they hadn't seen their yard look like that in over 15 years!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

just have a general idea of the scope of work and what you would like removed

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

questions often arrive AFTER the estimates are over. I recommend writing down questions in advance to avoid this.
