I ensure that my prices are fair both to my customers and my business. To show my customers how much I value them I offer specials on different services to drive loyalty for my customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually start my new customers off with a free one on one consultation. This is where I get to know my customers and their lawncare needs and build that relationship with them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My experience and training goes as far as 15 years back with experience and license professionals of the Lawncare businesses. I also continue my research through various resources to ensure my continued growth in my business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Lawncare was something that I began learning as a kid and I enjoyed doing it then and even more now!

What types of customers have you worked with?

My clients varies in different residential areas.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had the opportunity to perform a leaf clean up on a 3 acreage yard and that project alone took several hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise a new customer to do their research on the business. Pay attention to details such as brand, licensing, photos or demonstrations. Your trust is everything to a business make sure you're making the right investment.

I believe that every customer should be able to ask the necessary questions that best fits their lawncare needs and expectations.
