Our prices are not based on your zip code. We charge for the quality job we do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

No two jobs are alike even if they seem to be as easy as painting a wall. Ask questions, see pictures, get as much details as possible. I like to provide a ball park of the cost. It saves a long drive for us and waiting times to my customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over a decade in facility management, maintenance and related work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With over 12 years in facility management and customer service. Overseeing building and grounds maintenance, ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures were implemented properly, it became exciting to understand the business of remodeling and construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our main customers are home owners and investors. We also have contracts with retailers, on commercial jobs. No two jobs are alike, no clients are the same.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Woodwork and projects alike are always fun. There are various steps to follow in order to get the right result. Every project is unique, but wood related work is one of our favorites.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time, talk to your prospects and don’t rush or fall in traps of cost per project. You must feel security and create a bond with anyone coming to your home. Ask as many questions as you can. Get to know their service and find security.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask how long they have been in business. Even if you don’t contact their previous customers; ask if they’re willing to provide references to do a follow up and get feedback.
