What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is not the lowest or the highest. We give a fair market price always.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet with customer to see what they want done. Provide an estimate. If estimate is accepted we ask for 50% down to get started. After a certain amount of progress (amount agreed upon mutually with customer) another 30% will be invoiced and final 20% will be invoiced when job is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in construction since 2015. I was a General Contractor in Washington state for several years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a restoration company and always liked the aspect of rebuilding what was damaged.

Investors, home owners, business owners, contractors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Remodeled a home in Katy for an investor. It was a full interior and partial exterior remodel. Their goal was to put it in the market by Christmas. There was only 3 weeks to go. Job was completed on time before Christmas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never pay in full until you are 100% satisfied according to what you asked for initially.
