What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitive and do our absolute best to save our customers the most money possible, while not jeopardizing the quality of work. We also offer a 10% discount to all 1st time customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Examine their needs during their free estimate. Go over the details of the work that will be taking place. If agreed upon, we'll make a contract, begin the work and then watch them be amazed and WOWED!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our family started this company in 1991 & with over 25+ years of experience we have seen it all!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was fortunate enough to be raised in a family- owned painting business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Well we just turned an entire house that had oak wood doors, trim, crown molding and kitchen cabinets into white!!! It took some hard work and about 12 days but the results were extremely satisfactory and the customers were WOWED!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get a second opinion, multiple estimates & if you want it done right the first time then just call us!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What colors they would like, what their budget is, is their a time frame to complete the work & trying to be as detailed as possible while explaining the work to be done!
