What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I use the finest quality paints and the most experienced painters. Even with that, I price my services competitively with other contractors in my area. If you have a budget in mind, please let me know and I can almost always work within that budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I consider myself a consultant. I ask a lot of questions, because there is more to every project than just painting surfaces. There is a need that must be filled or a problem that needs solved. I work with my customers to make sure I address their needs, stay within their budget and get the project done when they need it done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I work with painters that have a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry. Most of my painters have more than 20 year experience and are certified in multiple areas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to be in a profession that allows me to work with my neighbors and help transform their houses into their dream homes!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any and all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We transformed a retired couples home that had been putting it off for 2 decades. The final product brought her to tears! It was the best feeling. It took about 5 days and will last the rest of their time in that home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be up front and honest with your contractor. Ask questions and make sure they have your best needs in mind.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What am I trying to accomplish? What is my budget? When do I need this done by? What are my pain points and non-negotiables?
