What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go over in detail what the client would like to achieve. We then craft a quote and go over in more detail how we will help them transform their space. Communication is extremely important.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Hands on experience in the building trades, plus years of experience in building maintenance and project management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love working with people and helping them transform their home or office.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners and commercial properties. Folks that want to paint their houses before they sell it, those looking to preserve what they have, and new homeowners that want to customize their space and make it their own.

Too many and too varied to name just one.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask if the professional is licensed and TRULY insured - not just a general liability policy, and be sure to verify that they are. Contractors, especially painters, are notorious for getting an insurance certificate and then cancelling their policy!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What do they want to achieve with their project and what time frame are they looking to complete the project. Also, knowing their project scope and budget is very important.
