We also installed a new ducting system and a triple air quality system Immediately changing the indoor air quality and effectively delivering allergy relief to our customers family. This was a great project with state of the art technology and our teams quality installation standards and hard work the results where effective and Immediate. This project was completed start to finish in one week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
All work Related to HVAC and home energy efficiency is very meticulous and requires a great deal of knowledge and time to do properly. With the world we live in today it can be very difficult finding a great contractor to take care of these types of projects with so much information out there on the Internet and different contractors with different information it all can be quite confusing and frustrating! Here at Cool Experts we like to keep it simple and straight forward, our advice to anyone looking to navigate this world is a one step process: #1 Find a good Contractor! Once this is done everything else will fall into place for your project. Follow these tips for finding the best contractor possible. A. A good contractor will give you all the information you need in finding the right product and process that is best for your project. B. They should be clear and concise with the information that they deliver. The information they provide should make sense. Ask what steps will be taken during project. C. They should provide different options. Most projects in our line of work will have different levels or options. Ask them to provide alternative options if any. D. Upfront pricing should be provided with no hidden fees. Ask about fees and taxes to get a clear understanding of actual cost. E. Ask about the team that will actually be performing the work, be sure they are not a third party contractor. F. Be sure the company is licensed and insured and they drug test and background check there employees. G. Beware of the cheap fast contractor! They are most likely cutting corners and will cost you a lot more money and headaches in the long run. A larger project like replacement of heating and air conditioning equipment is usually a good day or more of work with a 2-4 man team when being done properly this type of work should also involve heat loads to ensure the new equipment is sized properly for the home, there may also be design work involved depending on the project. A red flag should be raised if a contractor comes in and offers to have a larger job like this done in hours and gives no information on sizing or design. Projects like these are a big decision and should not be rushed If you are in a unbearable living situation there are temporary options at a fraction of the cost to heat or cool you’re home while the project is being done properly.
