What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary because of the difference in sizes of the doors which are in width and or height different manufactures styles or materials as well for automatic openers now service calls for the same reason also varies where some need new parts or different doors have different issues

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get all their needs and wants so we can be able to do the job they want as well as giving them advised/ideas if another way is better looking or/& cheaper but worth it

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’ve been installing doors since 2003 working as sub-contractors for the biggest garage door companies in Houston who some manufacturer their own doors and supply the biggest builders in Houston we have taken all that experience and knowledge with us to every job and never left a customer or those bosses upset or dissatisfied with our work never have been fired just moved on to bigger and better things

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our uncle who’s been installing for over 30 years had so much work needing help and we wanting to make money and to learn while we were in jhs/high school would work with him during the weekends, holidays and summer vacations

What types of customers have you worked with?

Big Builders , small builders , realtors , GC’s/contractors business owners for auto body shops stores warehouses hospital’s all types of commercial & residential properties like your every day home owner for new and old take downs of installation and repairs

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper is not always the best choice those guys are looking for a quick buck being as fast as they can to make as much money as they can possible are in such a hurry not caring or worrying about the mistakes their leaving behind and those are the guys who won’t answer your calls or show their face now having you waists more money and time to get it fixed or redone costing you double or triple at they end

What is really wrong with my door knowing the type of door they you have the size brand and model of your automatic opener to help narrow everything down
