What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once an appointment is made, our technician will arrive to the home. Once a 26-point safety inspection has been made, the homeowner will be given a free estimate and explanation of the seen problem areas.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technician must pass a 9-week course that includes classroom education, real-life training on a life size garage door and actual field training and onsite repairs.
