What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge $100 to come out to your house to provide a estimate and if you agree to the work when we come out the $50 is applied to the job. To avoid the fee for us to come out send us a picture of the problem with a description and we can quote a price via text, phone call, or use of Thumbtack website/app.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We receive a picture of the window in question and we then quote the price, if the price is agreeable we set up the install typically the same week if not the next day. We arrive in the morning pickup the glass or identify the issue and return in appx. 2-5 hours with the new glass/part.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 16 years in the field of dealing with windows of all varieties and ages

My family has been involved in the window industry for over 40 years

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be fooled into thinking you have to replace your windows if you only have minor problem, a lot of replacement window companies don't provide repairs therefore want to "sell" windows.
