The type of clients that typically partner with us are looking for a “buy right, buy once” experience. We are a factory direct company, meaning we design, manufacture and install our own vinyl doors and windows, with everything built in and installed in California since 1999. What separates us from other companies is how we write our warranties—it’s a single page document with seven paragraphs that contains none of the typical exclusions that you’ll find in the window industry, regardless of how much money you spend. Our clients understand that we aren’t the cheapest option, nor are we the most expensive, but in the long run, we are by far the best value for your money. Just a heads-up to potential clients. If you’ve already purchased or are planning to purchase your doors and windows from a different vendor, we are not a match. In addition, we DO NOT WORK WITH FRONT DOORS AND WE DON’T OFFER REPAIR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF OUR PRODUCTS. Also, if you own a rental property and you have no emotional connection to it, you're probably not going to be inclined to invest a little more money in our products, unless you're concerned with keeping your long term costs down. What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with people of all types, but if you’re looking for the lowest price products, we’re probably not a good fit. If you’re a “flipper”, you’re probably looking for a cheaper product. Building management companies have to want a much higher quality product for their tenants and be willing to invest more for that. That said, we’ll work with you on your project whether it’s residential or commercial.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pay less attention to what a vendor says and more attention to what they show you. Do they have corner samples of their windows? Do they have a window to show you? What kind of glass are they using? What are the exclusions in their warranties? How do the build their proposals? These are important elements to understand before you commit to any company.
