What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make the process of working with us as easy and stress-free as possible. Our process typically begins with a consultation to discuss your roofing and siding needs and expectations. We will then provide you with a free estimate and timeline for completion. Once the project is underway, we will keep in regular contact with you to make sure everything is going as planned. Finally, we will perform a thorough inspection of the completed project to ensure your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. To ensure our team is up-to-date on the latest industry practices and standards, we provide continuing education and training for our employees. Our employees have certifications in areas such as lead-safe work practices, OSHA safety, and building codes. We also ensure that all of our employees are properly trained in the use of our products and services so that they can provide the best possible service to our customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my roofing, window, and siding business with the same dedication and passion that has been a part of my family for generations. My grandfather ran a roofing wholesale distributor, in which my father and his two brothers worked in in their younger years. My father and his brothers all went on to have long careers in the roofing and siding industries, all working for manufacturers. I got my start in the material wholesale side in my early twenties, and I have worked in it for ten years. After gaining experience and knowledge in the industry, I decided to start my own roofing, window, and siding business in order to carry on the legacy of my family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of customers. We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing and siding projects. We also work with home and business owners, property management companies, contractors, and developers. Our team of dedicated professionals is equipped to handle any size project, from small repairs to large-scale construction projects. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services to each and every one of our customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, we completed a forty-five-square roofing project in West Chester. We installed Owens Corning Duration in the color Teak. The job was completed in one and a half days. Our team worked diligently to ensure that all of the necessary materials were installed properly and that the customer was satisfied with the work. We also provided regular updates on the progress of the project, so that the customer was always informed. After the job was completed, we conducted a thorough jobsite cleanup, which included sweeping the area with a magnet to ensure that all of the nails were removed. In the end, the customer was pleased with the results, and we were proud of the work we had done.
