We prefer to inspect the job first, before quoting. This way we can provide a clear, concise, and accurate estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We attempt to gather as much information as possible. Pictures, approximate sizes, name of manufacturer if known, and contact information.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Spent 4 years at Globe Amerada Glass Co. as Manager, 20 years running my own business, Stockholms Glass Service as Owner, and 20 years at Simonton Windows as a Field Service Representative.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After 4 years in the Air Force, I started out at Globe Amerada Glass Co. in Albany, NY and Syracuse, NY as the Manager. From that I ran my own business for 20 years. Most recently I just retired from 20 years at Simonton Windows, covering NY and New England as a Field Service Representative.

Homeowner, contractors, and some distributors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a complete, accurate estimate. May sure the provider understands what you need to have done.
