I have worked with all types of customers from home owners to building owners , even worked in Puerto Rico after the hurricane bring back a devastating island .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There was a gut and remodel of a Hotel in Boston. I was called in for my expertise for mold in the duct system , they were trying to save most of the mains due to the cost structure of replacing ( if they replace all new fire codes would have ruined the cost structure of the project). While on site all the other contractors made comments about they would never stay there due to what they saw (mold) by the end of 3 months there eyes of disbelief was payment enough.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask what type of duct cleaning will be performed (source removal/ air cleaning) Will all your equipment be HEPA filtering

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Any contractor you hire should have a NADCA certification or equivalent, NFPA 96 training.
