What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each job that we work on is different. Once we are able to provide an estimate for the scope of the work our pricing is set. We are a strong believer of sticking to budget and estimate. It is our responsibility to complete the job from start to finish and have the professional experience to price that accordingly without any change orders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our steps are very straight forward. We talk with the client, meet on site, and then provide an estimate based on the job. If we are hired we will begin the sourcing and scheduling process for all the finishes and details required.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working in the construction industry for over 40 years and have completed endless amount of jobs including commercial and residential clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a contractor and I followed in his steps. Now my son is involved in our day to day operations and is continuing the family tradition. Family owned and operated which allows us to provide high quality detailed attention to each one of our clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with clients that range all across the board. We do not have a specific client that we work with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed this amazing gut rehab in Northbrook including a lot of unique customized features. The client had a vision from having speakers wired in the entire home to heated floors in the kitchen. There were so many beautiful custom details completed. Master steam shower, air tub for their kids, heated floors in both bathrooms, lutron smart switches throughout, speakers inside and out and many more features.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We always recommend to collect multiple bids and ask questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We find that many customers just don't know where to start. Contact us and we will tell you if your project is the right fit for us or if it even makes financial sense to complete.
