The best way is a customer needs to send us pictures of windows: rotten frames or broken/damaged glass. Typically according to pictures, we can set up a quick quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Experience is the best education. Skilled carpenter knows and "fills" wood.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been working as a woodworker for many years, so I quite familiar with any woodworking.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Typically they are homeowners, but also we work with commercial companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There was a completely rotten frame of a window. Three sides were rotten and damaged. We replace all the rotten parts. The work duration was 1 day.

The second option a customer should tell what parts of the windows should be replaced. In case of broken glass: what type of glass: single or thermopane. For thermopane glass: tempered, non-tempered, Low-E, clear, tint, etc. Approximate dimensions. Fixed or opened.
