What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For window cleaning, it will depend on how many panes you have. For repairs it will depend on the extent of the work and glass replacement will depend on the dimensions. We do provide a first time customer discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first introduce myself properly, sometimes I'm able to put a guesstimate over the phone after a few questions. If I'm not able to, I will schedule a time and day to meet. (avoiding contact) we keep our distance and wear our mask to keep you safe as our selves.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have learned about windows since I began window cleaning. some customers would ask for help on repairs to their windows and with time I learned from a professional friend how to make proper adjustments and repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a company back in 2001 and they aren't around. However, I enjoyed how happy customers reacted after a completed job. I started my Business in summer of 2003 as a window cleaning business, since then we have added window repairs and glass replacement.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types, from small jobs to large buildings. we work with construction companies, maintenance, cleaning, residential and commercial accounts.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I cant choose one in particular because every job has its challenge which makes it interesting. some jobs a few minutes other a few hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

gather as much as possible information about your project, to help answer any questions from a provider.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

how many windows do I have or want cleaned? what are the dimensions of my broken glass? do I have pictures of my project
