What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price for the work is not cheap. I try to provide the best service. I find a solution even in the most complex projects. Quality cannot be cheap. We can always discuss an additional discount. I provide a savings discount for regular customers. I also provide a veteran's discount of up to 50%.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

More often than not, interaction with a new client starts with understanding his project, what needs to be done, when it will be convenient for him, whether I can do the work for him in the shortest possible time. I ask for photos and a detailed description of what the client wants to get as a result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was educated as an engineer in the academy, as well as a lot of training to improve the qualifications of various activities, including technical.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Most of my skills on various projects were acquired over 15 years ago. I've had plenty of time to hone them to perfection.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Private, residential and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I usually do projects in 3-4 hours and can come to the rescue very quickly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to describe as accurately as possible what you need to do, attach more photos, this will speed up the project. Determine your budget for the project.

It would be good to think about the end result, how you see it in the future, what your vision of the final result is. Prepare a photo. Discuss the project in advance, it will save your time in the future. So you can determine the professional and the amateur.
