What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we offer multiple discounts. veterans, first responders, educators and clergy. we want to give back to those who do so much for the community.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

when you contact Parton Tree Services for an estimate, we provide options for days we are available with a time range. and the client picks what works best for their schedule. the. on day of you receive a text notification of our arrival time. We strive to hold that within 15 minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed training through Penn State extension in preparation for taking the TCIA certification test.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ias a young boy we heated with firewood. As I got older I realized I enjoyed working with trees. I started climbing for recreation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

private residential clients, small businesses, church organizations and volunteer outfits.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

we donated a day of free tree work to a Vietnam veteran. it was great to spend time with him and his wife.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

if the provider seems to only talk about how dangerous the tree is, get a second opinion. there are a lot of "pros" out there that specialize in fear tactics.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what is it you really want to achieve. is it safety, appearance, or sustainability.
