What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We exchange information, schedule a time to meet for a consultation, we write up a quote for them and if they choose to go with us we can schedule a date. Or they can take there time and call us back when they are ready.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All on the job training. Plus Ariel, Rescue, CPR and first aid.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I new I loved working outside and being nature! After high school I got a job working for a tree company, the rest is history!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a big tree to take down and it had to be climbed because there was no access for a lift in the back yard. The tree was growing far out over the house. We lowered each branch down piece by piece without touching the house and or damaging the lawn. These are the jobs we love most! But also any trimming, pruning, house clearing or support cabling we enjoy just as much!
