I have 22 years of residential tree work experience. I used to work as a logger 5 days a week and did tree work on my days off. Currently, I work 7 days a week doing tree removal. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I write a new proposal for each job, because no 2 jobs are the same.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I bring a bid proposal that we both sign if you like my bid. Then after I'm finished you get a receipt that you sign if your happy and agree that I completed what we agreed on.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

22 years in the field experience. I have great customer service and always do a safe job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing tree removal when I was 12 on weekends with my step dad. I now own my own company doing hazardous tree removal.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential customers and commercial customers, home owners and renters of all ages.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I took down a large elm tree in Spokane that hung over the neighbors house and the homeowners house it took 18 hours to take it down and clean it up.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

they should make sure the pro is licensed and insured in the state they are working in.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should figure out what there budget is for the job.
