What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to offer price match if it is in our budget. We give discounts for spreading our company through (referrals, facebook, and etc). We charge per man hour. We take into account the cost per man, and equipment usage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to start off with explaining what is best for the trees health. From there we ask what they want ultimately. After we explain our process of completing the task and the actual cost.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed enced through the state of Utah. Certified Fal 3 from the state aswell. We have been trained by professionals who have been in the buisness for over 30 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked as a Wildland Fireman for the state of Utah. After going through schooling with the state I ran a tree crew under an arborist of 30 years. I have been trained and certified as a Fal3 through Lone Peak Conservation Center.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers that know what they want done and customers that need help knowing whats best for their trees tree work can be overwhelming but dont let that stop you from contacting the good guys

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we were able to trim some fruit trees and get them pruned so the customer should expect apples next spring and took weight off branches that were bearing to much weight makes me happy when we can come back and see a tree doing well & healthy
