What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When it comes to pricing your tree project, we always give free estimates at your home or business. This allows us to meet you & properly evaluate the tree for a reasonable quote. We will also send you a quote along with our proof of insurance. The minimum cost per job is $300

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication is key to ensure excellent customer service with our customers. From scheduling a free estimate, a potential negotiation price with other bids you received, & lastly completing your tree project. I encourage you to always communicate with me so I can provide the best customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified Arborist on staff. Our employees are trained to properly trim a tree with proper cuts & taking into consideration the growth process after its trim. In regards to tree removal, our employees are also knowledgeable with rope techniques, Port-A-Wrap & many other proper tools to remove a tree. All our employees are equipped with proper safety uniforms for their safety & yours. ( Helmets, Ear protection, Glasses, Gloves)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father has been an Arborist for 25 years. It's always been his dream to own a successful tree company. He has all the knowledge & connections, I am grateful to work for him & honored to have him as a business partner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure that the tree service company is insured. If proper techniques aren't completed when trimming or removing a tree serious damage can be made. - Know the difference between a Sales Rep giving you a quote whom lacks tree evaluations & will not be at the job site. We on the other always ensure the associate providing you the quote also works on the job site the day you hire us!

What type of tree do I have? What is the health condition of my tree? How can I properly trim my tree without damaging the canopy? Does the tree service company I am hiring care about me & my trees? Out of all the bids I received, who can provide the best customer service to me & my trees?
