What is my timeline? – Do they need the work done by a certain date, or are they flexible? 4. Do I have any design preferences? – Customers should think about styles they like, preferred plants, or any specific features they want (e.g., pathways, patios, irrigation systems). 5. Are there any existing issues? – Things like poor drainage, dying trees, or pest problems should be discussed upfront. 6. How much maintenance am I willing to do? Some landscapes require frequent upkeep, while others are more low-maintenance. 7.
