That we try to be fair on the price so it's affordable but we can ensure you receive the quality of work needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Palmetto Pros works best with new customers on a one on one basis. Generally we will get a request from a new customer and immediately contact them by phone or email so that we can set up a time to meet that is most convenient for them. After that we schedule the time to check out the job and most often send a quote within 24 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took carpentry in high school and placed top in the state in my competition. I have also taken numerous training classes for tree education, climbing and rigging.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cutting trees and doing carpentry as a kid with my dad and grandpa.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Palmetto Pros has had the opportunity to work with a very large range of customers. As a family business we treat every customer as our most important priority.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a total yard transformation in Columbia, SC. The transformation was done in two phases to give the customer the yard they had always dreamed of. The first phase consisted of removing 50+ pinetrees and stumps and grading the entire yard. The second phase required our team to prep and install sod to give our happy customers a beautiful luscious lawn. To maintain the sod, an irrigation system was developed and installed. Along with the sod and irrigation, we also installed a beautiful aluminum fence, an incredible water feature and a few other small projects that tied the entire yard together and gave our customer an amazing yard that will be enjoyed for a lifetime.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Even though it may seem like a little extra money to hire a professional versus anyone else, it is well worth it in the long run. The quality of work that the team at Palmetto Pros provided is quality worth paying for. This is because we go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right the first time and is garaunteed to last a long time.
