I am Jim Watters, many people know me as Jimmy. I started my landscaping career in 2008. My goal back in those days was to enjoy my work and I still do. I have always enjoyed nature and the outdoors and creating beautiful landscaping. I am dedicated and passionate. I operate a legitimate business fully insured and I pay taxes on my income .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My first step is talk with the customer about their needs by phone then if possible set up a time to meet and discuss the work that is desired. Sometimes I can give a price and a plan on the spot . Other projects may require I prepare a formal detailed proposal . After the proposal is approved by the client all work can begin .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out performing maintenance to homeowners and later on to businesses. As customers asked for other work done and landscaping projects to be carried out , I gained hands on experience building landscapes for my clients .

What types of customers have you worked with?

Wide scope : I work for home owners and businesses to provide maintenance and complete renovation / make over landscaping needs .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Remove existing shrubs and replant with updated shrubs using a unique contemporary layout . Mediate erosion . Install drip irrigation system. This project took 10 days .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t hire based on lowest price

Does the contractor have business insurance ? Can I trust the Pro and will they be around after the work is done ? Have I Defined the basic needs or desired result ? Do I Have a timeline to begin the work ?
