What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not charge for how long we are there. That is simply unfair. we will arrive at the house look at the lawn if its smaller them an acre charge 55$ if its a very small lawn the price will drop to 35$ or less. Larger yards will have to be determined upon arrival

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talk on the phone with the client. tell them what we offer and we can ajust to the customers needs and wants.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We always had a drive for making properties as beautiful and as elegant as possible with that being said we want to make your property look better then ever!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Very kind customers that have liked our work. We get alot of customers no wanting ohr work because we are young. But as a co owner my goal is to provide alot of pictures in our media feed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk on the phone with the provider get a feel for how they respond to you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Hour long its going to take? What tools and equipment they are going to need? How much is it going to cost?
