What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We carry a veterans discount and also an elderly discount all year every year and will continue to do so as long as “Tree F8 LLC” is operating. Without them none of this would be possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduction and understanding their way of communication to better reach their exact wants and needs for a price in their budget or even less than expected sometimes. We like to make friends for life here at f8. So leaving a positive everlasting impression is very important to us. We want to take care of your trees but at the same time your friends and families trees as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in trees, running chainsaws and operating various large and small equipment since the age of twelve removing trees and various other heavy lifting per se. As well as I have always been out in nature. I personally do not watch tv or play video games. I really never have, I’m outside. Trees their growth as well as harmful affects on both trees plant life, and nature in general are my thing 😁

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out on bobcats or skid steers doing various demo and construction. I’ve been operating heavy equipment since 12 years old.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Honestly you name it I’ve more than likely experienced something similar both good and bad unfortunately, but I have been very blessed to have worked with, also for some of the best kind hearted people there is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

That’s a very hard question for myself I am very fond of each and every project we take on. But if I was to have to mention one it would have to be our most recent lowering job. Or lowering the whole tree instead of doing it piece by piece. We have a little bit different approach than most but it keeps cost down and is a lot safer for both structure and my guys.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Utilities and is there a need to call either okie line locate, or the electric company before arrival? Can you burn or much? / It can be very cost efficient to either burn off the material as opposed to hauling it off.
