What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Senior citizen and veterans discounts are available. Other discounts and seasonal promotions may be available upon request for an estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a brief phone call, an in-person appointment will be conducted to go over client's needs. Pricing and job planning will be discussed, and then a proposal to complete the work will be provided.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ISA certified arborist. I have a bachelor's degree in Botany, and I am pursuing my graduate degree in Environmental Science.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always had a passion for the outdoors and plant life. Started working at a golf course doing grounds maintenance, and it grew into what I am doing today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with residential clients, commercial businesses, churches, HOA communities, etc...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The daughter of a client is getting married at his residence around Thanksgiving. He needed several trees removed and trimmed, and new ones planted. Also, wanted old railroad ties taken out and a new retaining wall installed. My team coordinated with other contractors doing work at the property and completed the job within the client's deadline. The client was so happy he teared up and thanked us. One of the many reasons I love what I do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to shop around. Go with your gut.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they licensed and insured? This is very important to protect your property and home.
