What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First contact greet the client then ask for pictures of the project, then I provide an estimate. If all is good I set a time and date and show up ready and eager to make that yard look spectacular.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Years and years of my dads guidance. Plus working with a few companies on jobs ranging from handyman services like flooring drywall etc and on to full crews for landscaping for flagstone rock leveling grading etc

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad taught me all the skills necessary to be a homeowner and take care of my yard. Now I share my skills with the world

What types of customers have you worked with?

Vast amounts of clients from young to old, rich to poor, black to white. Clients become family after my job is done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a clients yard that was Gorgoeus, but the weeds were ruining that glistening look. I got to it and completed the job. His style is my dream a southwestern style with cactus, bird of paradise plants, palm trees and mimosa trees. I was in love and thought I was working in paradise.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you understand that labor is intensive and demands a lot of strength and energy.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always go over the game plan, and make sure the professional knows how lingo and knows how to estimate correctly. Also don’t get offended with the bid. Just communicate with the professional and negotiate.
