What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We talk about the scope of work you require over the phone or in emails or both. Then we setup a time for me to do a site visit. Once I see the work and you wish to go forward I write up an invoice for the scope of work requested and have it emailed to you within 24hrs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Life of hard work ethics, and the courage to take on challenging jobs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Lack of professionalism in the industry drove me to be the change I want to see in the world.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people living on a budget to multi million dollar homes. People who want a site visit to be five minutes or less to older lonely people who want to talk for over an hour.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I do not leave a job if it can be helped until I am proud of it. Even if a tree job will take two weeks, each day it needs to look nice before you leave.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
