Pricing factors include equipment, labor, materials, disposal fees, etc. Each project is unique with respect to scope of work and difficulty level.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to meet with the customer at their property to discuss the specifics of their project to ensure their desires are fully met.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B.S. Construction Management and 25+ years of heavy equipment experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began doing this type of work in addition to working for local government. I enjoy being outdoors and running equipment, helping to transform others' property into what they envision.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with customers who value your opinion and experience, letting you craft a project to success. I've also worked with customers who can be more difficult to please.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I enjoyed included leveling an area for a metal carport. This included grading, soil addition, checking levelness with a laser level, and applying a layer of stone. This took approximately eight hours from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure that your provider is licensed by the State to perform business and carries the proper insurance.
