I try to price under the average rate of a major company with the same quality results and will give discounts when customers hire me again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we determine the job and quote based on photos or an in person estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Degree in construction management and have experience managing commercial construction

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working for a small deck building company and started doing work on the side and it turned into a business.

Residential clients either looking to sell their home and improve the curb appeal or homeowners looking to improve their property.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Driveway pressure washing and house wash. Took around 2 hours

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a company that meets your needs and has fair rates but don’t pick the lowest bid always.

What size is my property? What types of services do I want completed on my property and where?
