Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Customers should know that our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. We offer occasional discounts and special promotions, especially during off-peak seasons or for repeat customers. It's always advisable for customers to inquire about any current specials or package deals when they contact us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We will take the call, setup a time to meet, then finally settle upon a price that we both feel fits their needs. When the time to work comes we will deliver on what was promised.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over 7 years of experience in the arboriculture industry. Specifically, my specialization lies in climbing. Though I am versed in a majority of the aspect s of the industry, ranging from groundwork, falling, even trimming.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was working for Waffle House, 3rd shift, when my then foreman came in from a night of drinking with his wife and was offered an opportunity. Then I progressed to a steady company of about 6 years. Since then, I've been trying to get a start on my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a range of interesting people; funny, stoic, even a bit overwhelming. Mostly residential and some township work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We removed two enormous Chinese firs. Climbing them was no simple task. As gnarled as they were just getting the limbs off was a challenge. Then came the wood which alone was more wood than anyone had any need for. The customer, experience, overall, the feeling in the moment was just as if it was made for those two days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be sure you know what you want. Understand that some of those wants may not align with what the provider is willing to do. Provide them with room to work. DO NOT wait until the job is done to try and add something on.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What am I trying to accomplish with the tree care? Where are my underground utilities? Should I consider tree work before any of my other projects?
