Pricing is simple and based on what it takes to do the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with new customers on the job site, discuss wants and needs and finalize project details before scheduling. During consultations, we help develop the right job for the right budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the field. Our crews are internally trained in technique, safety and following arborist standards in trimming services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with my father and am training my sons as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We like the really picky ones. Whether it be one tree or five. With our turf-friendly lifts, we can protect the nicest of yards and please the hardest customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We're fond of projects that develop into more than work, jobs that serve a higher purpose. One project last summer was an urgent response to remove a tree that had fallen on a family's home garage. Of course the homeowners are shook up and need the work done as soon as possible. We were able to work through the trauma with them and helped with several other trees that were a threat to their home and property.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Chuckles. DO your homework. Ask lots of pertinent questions. Be mindful of everyone's time. Get a detailed estimate in writing. Most importantly, how does this person/company make you feel?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the goal of the project? Budget? What do you need the end result to look like? When will you be ready? From there, we can help with the rest.
