What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, we set an appointment to come assess your property and give a quote on the spot according to your request, we will then schedule one of our crews to come out, usually within a day or two, depending on the urgency. Same day services available for emergency situations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When it comes to having tree work done, you should feel completely comfortable and confident in who you hire to complete the job. We recommend doing some research and ask around before making a decision on who you hire. The cheapest company isn't always going to be the best option, and the best company isn't going to be the cheapest!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We ensure the client is fully informed of the process of their project when the day arrives, should any changes need to be made, we keep an open line of communication with our client. Your satisfaction with our work is our number one goal! COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS: WHY SHOULD I THIN AND PRUNE MY TREES AND SHRUBS? Pruning reduces the weight, opens a view, or to clear structures, it also regularly helps improve tree health, control growth, help future fruiting, and help flowering. If dead or broken limbs are not removed the decay can spread to healthy wood making your tree susceptible to disease and insects. WHEN IS IT NECESSARY TO JUST REMOVE THE WHOLE TREE? When the tree is too close for comfort to your house or power lines; If you see large dead limbs in the crown of the tree, these pose a threat to you as they could come down at anytime causing injury or death; If you notice all of a sudden your tree is leaning, there are obvious structural issues and you should have someone come and see what the underlying issue is; If you have a hollow tree, this also poses a threat because the weight of the tree cannot be supported by a hollow trunk. OTHER QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ASKING: How long will this project take? How do you ensure the safety of the ground below when performing tree work? What type of heavy equipment, if any, should we expect to see on that day? What other equipment do you use in a project like mine? Are there any precautions I need to take ahead of time to help protect my property? Should I inform my neighbors there is going to be excessive noise and traffic on the day of my project?
