I learned the value of hard work growing up on the farm and I strive to bring that to every project. From changing faucets, mounting TVs, electrical upgrades, to landscaping, I will work to get your project done right and on time. I strive for fast, clear, and professional communication from the moment you request a task. For same day tasks, weekends, and tasks starting after 5pm, I charge an extra $75. I charge an administrative fee based on the size of the job. It covers the cost of management software and insurance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will provide a discount if there are several projects to be completed at once. I.E. multiple blinds over windows, a washer and a dryer, etc. for large projects with lifting and lots of parts like playgrounds I will hire help to assist me and charge a little more to accommodate that. For smaller projects that require lifting assistance like basketball goals, the extra labor is built into the cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I get a new customer, I will make sure I confirm the address, confirm times, and confirm that I can complete the job correctly. I will be up front if there is a job I am unfamiliar with or unable to do correctly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up on a dairy farm where I was always working with my hands doing something. When my wife and I got married, we just started doing as much as possible on our own! Mistakes have been a great teacher over the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with new and existing customers. young and old. individuals and property managers. You name it I've worked with them!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently converted a closet into a bathroom in my home. The plumbing was already there for a vanity so it was a quick and easy project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before contacting professionals, have as much of a game plan as possible. I know it's sometimes impossible to plan for everything but most things can be predicted. Do you have the needed supplies? how tall is the ceiling or roof being worked on? Is there anything heavy in your project and if so can someone say your house help the professional lift or will they need to bring help with them? Is there waste to be removed after a job? Will someone be home at the time of the job?
