Introduction

I have been in this business long enough that everything comes natural to me when I look at a job I'm already thinking of different safe ways to do the job . The first thing that always comes to my mind Is the safety of all involved including you and your property.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I give the customer the most fair pricing I possibly can after all for the high quality of work we do here at Quality Tree. EXPERTS. Also cash payment discount plus promotions available at the time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I'm always on the customers time and treat everyone equally. The #1 step is to call and set up an estimate. #2 look at the project and sit down and type up a very detailed estimate and base the prices on dangers, potential hazards, tree health, special precautions, placement of the tree(s) , employee and Customer safety is #1. We want to go home to our families, kids, parents, or whoever it might be every night. We study past tree accidents around the world and try to learn from their mistakes though accidents do happen most are preventable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
some college for business management, Line clearance certified, 12 years experience in herbicide treatment, in the tree business for more than 15years. 14 of those years I've ran my own crew or have been a foreperson/supervisor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started this kind of work when I was about 22 and didn't stay in it long so I tried a factory job that I ended up doing for about 4-5 years but I got sick of it.. just the always being indoors and doing the same thing at the same place everyday so a friend of mine asked me if I wanted a better union job so I tried it out and within a year I had my CDL, my Herbicide license, and my foreman ship for a major power line trimming company and I've been at it ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with so many different types of customers over the years and I learn something new from every single one of them. The most talkative and friendly and the ones that love to watch us during a whole roping & rigging project. like I said a whole variety of customers, they are all great people and I like to answer any questions they may have

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
This profession is 1 of the most dangerous and challenging jobs there is and there will always be a need for an arborist until there is no existence of trees or the human race. always make sure to ask all the questions you can and make sure that they are on point and professional and have a plan that definitely includes safety .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I've been doing this for a long time so if you ever have a question always be comfortable enough to ask any question
