Introduction

I take a lot of pride in my work and if the customer isn't satisfied then I am not satisfied. I bring more than just a service when I come to your residence. I'm clean, considerate, and extremely trustworthy. I pride myself on not only providing outstanding service but also enjoy teaching my clients about how to properly maintain their property. No one wants to make expensive repairs to an already expensive property. I would encourage any of my clients to take that into consideration when deciding who they want working on their property. I will do my best to prolong the appearance of your property. I take great pride educating and helping clients properly maintain their properties

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I try my best to price my jobs to be mutually beneficial. My customer works hard for their money and I work hard for mine. in the end, it needs to benefit us both.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I typically like to have a short phone conversation with them and then text is usually better. that first conversation usually includes most of the most important details in starting a new business relationship. Any follow up after that is usually easier over text considering everyone's time constraints in the busy world we live in. with that being said, my phone is always on and I prefer talking directly in real time with a short phone ed call.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started in tree work with my father at a young age. we used firewood as our main heat in the house growing up. I spent a lot of time in the woods honing my skills in a effort to heat the family household.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
the best advice I can give on the subject is to find someone who thinks like you do. a business contract is essentially the start of a relationship. and like any relationship it takes time to figure a person out. what they like, what they don't etc. finding someone who thinks like you and values the same things you value makes that relationship grow faster and easier which leads to both parties benefitting.
